Fondant Chocolate Orange

Orange orange extract to taste a few drops to 1 2 teaspoon.
Fondant chocolate orange. Pour into the prepared ramekins and place in the fridge for 1 hour. In a separate bowl cream together the eggs and castor sugar. Cherry almond as above but add almond extract to taste.
Break up the chocolate and gently melt in a bowl set over a pan containing a little simmering water. Place a glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water melt the butter chocolate orange juice and zest together. The day before you plan to serve the pudding put the chocolate orange in the freezer in its wrapper so that it is fully frozen.
Divide the mixture between the dishes. Place the chocolate and orange rind in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Preheat the oven to 200 c 180 c with fan gas mark 6.
Mix the carnation chocolate filling and topping with the orange zest eggs and egg yolks in a medium sized bowl. Fold the egg mixture into the chocolate mix. Sift the flour and slowly stir into the mixture until fully incorporated.
Don t tell your friends and family what s inside and watch their faces light up when they realise it has a melting chocolate orange middle. Place the butter lindt chocolate and orange peel into a double boiler and allow it to melt together. To get an even richer orange flavour bruise the orange peels to release the essential oils.
Place the butter sugar eggs flour and orange marmalade in a food processor and blend to make a smooth batter. Once you have mastered the fondants it s very easy to adapt their flavour. This recipe bakes a whole chocolate orange in a soft chocolate sponge.
