Gateau au chocolat recipe. Mix the flour and sugar with the chocolate mixture and the 3 eggs together. Use a scissor to trim all the extra paper around the outside of the pan. Stir the chocolate mixture until smooth.
Put in a greased 9 round pan or mini muffin pan and cook for 10 15 minutes at 400. Preheat the oven to 350 f. Using a 7 inch or 9 inch springform pan place a sheet of parchment paper on the bottom and close the ring of the pan around the paper.
25 min cook. Set aside 3 tablespoons of the sugar. Dust with a little sugar and tap out the excess.
Lightly butter a 9 inch springform pan and set aside. Preheat the oven to 170 c gas 3. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees f.
In a medium saucepan melt the chocolate and butter over the lowest heat do not rush this process melting the chocolate too quickly will cause it to shock into a hard lump. Generously grease a 23cm springform cake tin. Place the chocolate butter and remaining sugar in a large heavy based pan.
Heat for 1 minute in the microwave on high.
