Choux pastry or pâte à choux french.

It s made by cooking flour with water and or milk and butter then mixing in eggs off heat to form a pipe able spoonable consistency. Preheat oven to 375. Step 2 transfer to the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
Put your eggs next to the mixer. It contains only butter water flour and eggs. In a large saucepan combine the water butter sugar and salt and bring to a boil.
Combine the butter water milk salt and granulated sugar together in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the butter has melted. Mix the milk water butter sugar and salt in a 2 quart saucepan.
